Get Help Now – Strongest Families Institute

A free, virtual support program for children, youth, and families dealing with mild to moderate mental health and behavioral challenges.
Services include:

 

Child & Youth Services – Shared Health

Shared Health offers a range of mental health and addiction services for children and youth across Manitoba. Supports include:

 

CBTm for Youth – Cognitive Behaviour Therapy with Mindfulness

A virtual 5-week program for youth aged 12–17 to build mental wellness skills.
Topics include:

  • Mindfulness and stress management
  • Balanced thinking and goal setting

Assertiveness, self-compassion, and healthy habits
Format: Weekly 90-minute Zoom sessions led by trained clinicians. Parents/guardians are welcome to join.
