• Other medical card listing child and parent(s) name from another province.

Student Age Verification - One of the following:

What is the age eligibility for Kindergarten Registration?

Children must be 5 years of age on or before Dec. 31.

Yes, but you must provide proof of purchase or rental agreement that verifies address of residence.
