As part of the volunteer screening process, Seine River School Division (SRSD) recognizes that both employees and volunteers hold positions of trust and responsibility in serving our students and community. To ensure the safety and well-being of all students—our highest priority—all volunteers are required to complete and submit the following forms by the deadlines indicated below.
Nov. 1, 2025-If a person is planning to volunteer prior to April 1st, 2026 they must complete and return all of the required volunteer forms and record checks by November 1st.
April 1, 2026-If a person is planning to volunteer after March 30th, 2026 they must complete and return all of the required volunteer forms and record checks by April 1st.
If the paperwork is not submitted by these dates then the applicants will not be allowed to volunteer.
