Ward 3 Candidate Fabiola Hiebert
My name is Fabiola Hiebert, and I am seeking the opportunity to serve our community as your next School Trustee for the Seine River School Division.
I grew up in Richer and attended both elementary and high school within the Seine River School Division. Having grown up in this community, I understand the importance of strong support systems for students and the role that schools, families, and communities play in helping children succeed.
Today, I am a mother to a 10-year-old son who attends Arborgate School. For the past three years, I have had the privilege of serving as President of the Arborgate Parent Advisory Council, where I have been actively involved in supporting students and our school community.
Through this role, I have helped organize school-wide hot lunches and lead fundraising initiatives that have supported important projects, including new microscopes for the Grade 7/8 science classroom and a new kindergarten play structure designed to meet the needs of our youngest students.
If elected, I would bring the perspective of both a former student and an actively involved parent. I believe every voice matters—especially the voices of our students. I would be honoured to bring my experience, passion, and commitment to helping create the best possible educational experience for all students in our division.
Thank you.
