Ward 2 Candidate Abdulai Fallah Tengbeh
Abdulai Fallah Tengbeh is an International Medical Graduate (IMG) and a father of four seeking to serve as a Trustee with Seine River School Division.
A resident of the division for over five years, Tengbeh has two of his children attending one of Seine River schools, giving him a personal commitment to the quality, accessibility, and future of education in the community.
Tengbeh brings experience in leadership, community support, and volunteer service. He has volunteered at St. Boniface Hospital, supported the Point Douglas Run, and helped raise funds for CancerCare Manitoba through Bison Transport’s Challenge for Life team. Tengbeh has also served as a member of the Constitutional Review Committee and Audit Committee of The Sierra Leone National Association of Manitoba (SALNAM)
Tengbeh believes strong schools require collaboration among students, parents, educators, and communities. His priorities include strengthening student learning, strong academic foundation, supporting teachers and frontline staff, listening to parents’ concerns, promoting responsible and transparent use of public resources, and advocating for accessible and reliable school bus transportation for all students.
He believes Trustees should listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, consider evidence, and make decisions with respect, accountability, and independence.
For Tengbeh, serving as Trustee is about serving families, earning community trust, and building a stronger future for every student.
