Ward 3 Candidate Robert Rivard
I have lived my entire life in Seine River School Division. My wife, Claire, and I both graduated from Ste. Anne Collegiate. We have been married for 59 years and raised three children. Our children all graduated from SRSD. We have 13 grandchildren, five of whom have also graduated from SRSD.
I worked in Wpg for the same company which I have retired from after 40 years. I was the Mayor of Tache Municipality for 4 years and have been a trustee in SRSD for 20 plus years.
I am a huge supporter of public education. I believe every child deserves and is entitled to a quality education that builds a solid footing for their entire life and a bright future.
Every student must have a safe, caring and inclusive space to learn in.
I would love to continue working for all the students of Seine River School Division.
Thank you
