Ward 2 Candidate Robin Marchadour
My name is Robin Marchadour and I am excited to run for Seine River School Division Trustee in Ward 2. As a lifelong resident of Lorette, I’ve had the privilege of growing up in this community, graduating from Collège Lorette Collegiate and raising my family here with my husband and two teenage children.
With over 20 years of experience as a teacher, I bring firsthand knowledge of the opportunities and challenges facing our schools, students, families and staff. I understand how governance decisions can influence our classrooms and shape the educational experiences of students.
I believe education plays a vital role in shaping the futures of our youth and I am passionate about giving back to our community through meaningful service and decision making that will put students at the forefront. I am committed to supporting safe, healthy and inclusive learning environments for all students.
As a trustee, I will prioritize listening to our community, understanding the challenges facing our schools and considering the needs of the entire division through a governance lens. I believe that informed and thoughtful decision-making, collaboration and community engagement are essential to strong school governance.
