
Curriculum
Curriculum is developed by Manitoba Education and Early Childhood Learning. It is discipline/subject based and has specific grade level learning outcomes and enduring understandings. In Seine River School Division Curriculum is offered under two programs: English and French Immersion.
- Numeracy is defined as the ability to think and communicate, using mathematical and computational understanding, to make sense of data, identify or develop patterns, abstractions, algorithms and relationships, and solve real world problems.
- Literacy is defined as the ability to think and use language for learning, creating, communicating, and interacting with ideas, others, and the world around us.
